It is a tough week for me all the way around - one of the things that my younger parts have always held on to was that if someone (anyone) knew, they would have made it stop. I have had melt downs with my therapist -- where were you?! -- because he wasn't there. I do not know how you ever, ever trust again.
I deal with it by making myself stop watching and by talking about it. But it is shocking and scary.
