Hello JustWantToBeNoraml

Welcome to Psycho-Babble. CBT seems to help most people, but it is not unheard of to hear about people for whom CBT does not help. If you are finding it is hurting more than helping, you might want to try looking into another type of therapy. Lots of people have success with psychotherapy that is more supportive in nature rather than goal oriented.

I wish you luck.

Feel free to post on the boards and let me know if you have any questions about Psycho-Babble. I will try my best to answer them.
