I think it was awful of your T to ask all those awkward questions, but maybe you should give him the benefit of the doubt. Maybe he was having a brain dead day and since you were quiet, he didn't know what to talk about.

Those questions would have made me feel bad about myself as well. I really don't have much of a life.

Your T sure jumped to conclusions when he asked if you wanted to quit therapy. Maybe he is frustrated, but as a T, he should keep his frustrations to himself. Maybe you can put a positive spin on things. Maybe he is frustrated or angry because he cares about you.

Give him a few days with the email. Sometimes things just come up and people don't have time to check their emails.
