I was offered a ride back to my school, which was maybe 2 miles away. I did not accept and continued to wait for my ride. Quite honestly, I think it's inappropriate for therapists to offer patients rides under any but perhaps the most urgent/dire circumstances. I can't really think of what those circumstances would be.

But that's just my opinion. And honestly, I've always been extraordinarily uncomfortable getting rides from almost anyone other than my immediate family, so it may be my issue.
