I think that's the attitude I'm developing too. I think I even said something similar to my son when he asked why I was upset. Sometimes things happen and we're sad and it's ok to be sad.

It's nice that your therapist understood that. I usually have to tell my therapist that I just want to be sad with him today.

I'm really sorry for your loss.
