Re: I hate feeling angry at my T

I'm afraid anger is also part of who we are, and how we feel about others. Being able to feel anger toward someone we care for is scary at first because we feel the relationship won't survive the anger. It does and when the anger is experienced and worked through the relationship becomes even stronger. Its no good denying how we feel toward another at times, our feelings are just that, feelings and we can't pick and choose which ones we should experience. Feeling angry is a step forward.

Best wishes
