He said he might have to have plastic surgery (depending on how deep they have to go)

and results in pretty much 100% cure. Almost every Caucasian gets at least one- and some people get many- of these when they get older. It's really not considered that big a deal, the way cancers located inside the body are.

Yes, that is what i understand.
