Yes. Sometimes I will punish myself by destroying something that I have worked long and hard on - like a painting or something I've written. As for belongings, no, but I'm not particularly attached to material things.

When you say that you hear voices - do you mean literally? Do you mean voices telling you to do certain things? If so, I urge you to get yourself immediate help. Sorry if I'm off base with this - I'm hoping you mean voices as in your own inner-voice.

I think you want help - I think really you do. I also think you are very angry and that you are directing it toward yourself by destroying these things that hold high worth for you. Why are you punishing yourself? Would it be good to take some time out of this environment to stop you doing this?

I really hope you can get the help you need and I'm sorry you are experiencing this. I know when I've destroyed things, just as when I've pushed those closest to me away it brings an intense pain.
