There's no hurry. I think in 2005 I decided just a week or two before. Dr. Bob sets up Yahoo groups for those who are definitely going for planning purposes. Once you know you're going, just post that on the Admin thread I linked.

I'm not sure when he'll get around to that. He's been busy lately.
