T living in my apartment complex :/

Posted by no_rose_garden on July 27, 2008, at 15:44:41

I saw a counselor (mostly as a formality in my opinion) at the counseling center to get put into a stress reduction group, so we only met once, briefly.

I saw him at the bookstore a week later and was very excited to see him (he didn't see me)...i think i was attached to him...then started trying to find out more about him on the internet. I later saw him on the bus and then at the grocery store and finally at the laundry room at our apartment complex! I went to talk to him in there and he didn't remember me...but i reminded him. I sent him an email apologizing and saying it's nice that he's here b/c I recentlymoved and don't have many friends.

He said that it's okay to chat when we pass but we can't be friends. His girlfriend recently moved in. I see them both a lot (they don't usually see me) and know which vehicles are theirs. I also wee him on campus more than any of the counselors i know from the center.

Why do i see him so much!? It's so distressing...
But it also seems like some sort of a sign...since i see him so much and nobody else really.

Also, do you think he told his girlfriend about me...like to avoid me? I think he wouldn't want us to know each other, b/c it would make things complicated since i'm not allowed to really know him or whatever.

THANKS
