Sounds like this definitely isn't the therapist for you. I'm sorry you have had to go through that.

I vaguely remember asking a therapist friend when I first started therapy if it was generally accepted to tape the sessions. She said most people didn't, but you could if the T was okay with it. I don't think it is common, but it's certainly not a crime.
