My therapist is gone this week, and I really wish I could see her. I think things are going to go really well with her. I see her next week.

I have come to an important realization. Yesterday I was looking over a journal from 4 months ago to now, and I hadn't gotten any better, and there WAS progress, but It was small progress like driving to the store, etc, no big things I wanted to accomplish like obtain a job or go out socially more to make friends.

I asked myself, why has my progress stayed the same? Why am I still unahppy? And my answer was: because I avoid these things and because I don't follow through with a lot of my scheduled appointments. I think this is really important and I want to bring it up to my T next week. I hope that some of my homework can be on this.

Between this week and next week though, I don't want to be a hermit. So I will do the best I can. If anyone has any ideas on how to be brave and push myself a little harder I'd love to hear them. OK well that's all for now.
