maybe... I hadn't thought of that. There's also the medication decrease-- I took a holiday from klonopin, and am only now starting to take .5mg prn.

I wish it were only mornings. the worst dreams happen in the afternoon when I nap. I just get so exhausted by the nightmares that I crave that nap. ugh.

I forgot to tell T of recent bad dreams.
