Having read this entire thread raisin, I think it might be time to explore getting another therapist.

Now I've been mad at my therapist before. In fact, I've been quite angry with him for any number of things - both real and imagined.

We discussed how that anger can be either motivating for change or destructive. It depends on the therapeutic situation.

From what you describe in these posts, it seems to me this therapy has become destructive for you both. Of course, I don't know the whole story.

I would try to think analytically about the situation and your therapist. What are the merits in continuing? What are the major problems with the therapy? What do you think are the root issues of those problems?

Good luck and keep us posted.

Seldom.
