My phobia

Posted by Dinah on February 6, 2008, at 0:30:55 [reposted on February 6, 2008, at 0:31:53 | original URL]

It seems like I can't watch an evening of TV without someone throwing up to differing degrees of graphic-ness. Is this what makes TV cutting edge?

It really makes me tense, since it's not just the obvious shows where I know to hold the remote ready for fast forwarding.

I just don't get it. I haven't thrown up for fifteen plus years. And over twenty before that. How is it that so many characters on so many shows throw up so very often? And is it really necessary to the authenticity of the show to show it so graphically?

I'm going to have to start watching nothing but TV Land reruns. :(
