how to accept when T says nicies about me?

Today was the first session after the vacation.
T told me over and over again how I did really well, and how I was able to overcome a lot of hardships in my relshp with h and cultural issues etc on the trip in order to avoid any meltdowns.
at the end he noticed that it still didn't sink in. I have a really hard time accepting when T says I did something really well...
