Here's a hug ((llurpsienoodle)). I know how some sessions can exhaust you. My T often says doing therapy is hard work or that a session was hard work that day, etc. and I never really believed it is in the traditional sense. I am realizing after my last session, in particualar, that it is hard work sometimes, many times that can continue for days when you are processing some hard stuff. The exhaustion from some sessions do wipe you out and temporarily cause other reactions like your anxiety. I've come to see it as the mind trying to process and heal, and like any 'wound' it can tire the body out, so be good to yourself and get the rest you need.
