my T tells me to parent my innner kids the way I parented and love them... oh yuck.. why don't I want to??It is so hard.. They are so sad and so stuck.. how to I parent myself?? I don't know how to do that. Loving my real children was different.. mine are grown now too and I suppose it is the perfect time to parent myself. ahhh if I only knew how.. ohh if I only wanted to.. It seems hard to try and parent myself when no one parented me.
