Muffled, I can't answer the more T question. I am going once a week. Others who go more are better to answer that one. I have mixed emotions on that for me and for you. It seems you already have alot stirred up. T stirrs up alot for me. You have to process all that T brings up and if so much is going on then how do you process? So I don't know.

But why you write more easily that is easy. Because it is much easier to do something not face to face. Like here. How much hard would it be to talk like we do if we were all in a room together. Much much harder. Writing is a great way to vent. You can pick and choose your words. You control what and how you say something. Then you hand it off when you want to the person you want to. Control see. Anyway that is my take.

I would go for writing anyday. Because then you know you cover everything. I always forget what I am going to say. So I now make lists before T. You should take in your writings and use them as refreshers for what you want to talk about. To help you remember things you want to go over. Maybe that will help. It can help you stay straight on all you want to discuss. My lists help me. Just my 2 cents. rk
