I know you're scared to call, but for the sake of your lovely child, you need to do it.
I'm in that lifeboat with you--no cruise ships for me either--so just hold on tight.But you need to call, or go to the hospital. You have come so very, very far since we've gotten to know you, and you have value and importance. You are trying so hard, and as hard as it is, you have to keep trying. Please don't give in. If you keep taking those dosages, you'll end up in the hospital anyway, so why not take control on your own.
I know I'm harsh, but we all really care about you. You can be helped, you're not hopeless, and you have to try to break through to really helping yourself.
