You did it, never understimate your strength.
I would think if your T's email address is on his business card that it's okay to email him. Otherwise he would have given it to you separately if it's okay. Which is what my T did. Then again maybe I'm not so special, maybe she does that with everyone. But I'm her favorite!
You are so right that emotional stuff is draining. Glad you got to let some of it out through your emotional release drainage system. I want a copyright on that term.
