It's interesting to read about the different seating arrangments-- it never really occurred to me that different T's have different layouts in their offices.

The T's chair and the clients' chairs are the same. They're big brown cushiony chairs that recline. The counseling center used to be in a different building, and the T's sat at their desks and the client sits in a chair either across from or next to the desk. I didn't realize how strange that was until they moved to this new office. My T always lays back with the foot-rest up. I think I've only laid back in the chair once, and it felt weird.
