I can relate to all this. I quit therapy because I was not willing to do what I needed to do to improve (end a 6-year relationship and start a new life). I know the solution but as you say, I just can't (or won't) do the things I know are better for me at this moment. I also think I need time. Perhaps I'm just procrastinating a decision, but that's the way I feel now. It is difficult for me to take the decision because I don't know for sure if this will be the best decision, and I am very attached and scared. I was able quit therapy, but I don't know if sometime I will be able to end this real life relationship that somehow obstructs my personal growth...
