Sounds like a mixed bag-- as Bassman says, if you use enough inventories, you can find one or two that support your hypothesis-- or some hypothesis-- about whether there's a difference in some way between ADs alone, and the AD/therapy combination.

Interesting question about the dropouts-- seems like neither therapy, nor therapy with AD worked for them-- wonder how you get to ignore them. Guess maybe you could say they're in the "no difference between therapy and therapy with ADs" group. Although maybe they're still taking the ADs-- just getting them elsewhere. (That's the thing about statistics, I guess.)
