Appreciate insight.
I have to say though, the foods, they were eaten while I was working, during lunch. It was a 'definite physical/mental high' and had nothing at all to do w/ a situation or the situation I was in. Something in all three of these things 'opened wide the feel good window', startling me. All lasted just hours.
