My therapist and I are using The Work in my treatment. I am getting a lot of benefit from just writing stuff down - not really journalling, since it is specific.
But just getting the thoughts cast out and clarified on paper is a big help.p.s. I have a colouring book too but have trouble staying inside the lines.
