I wouldn't worry about how it sounds Milly. Tell him what you'd wish you'd told him if you didn't tell him at this last appt.....you know what you'd kick yourself for not saying. If it's too hard, maybe you could write it out and let him read it.

It's too bad your husband can't go with you, do the driving, and help with the girls. Does your husband realize what a terribly difficult time this is for you? I only ask bec. my husband just doesn't get it when it comes to therapy, or the upheavals I have.

I admire that you're going ahead with it milly. I know your uncle must adore you and look forward to seeing you and your girls.
