I have had a couple therapists take me for walks too. I have even... Had therapy over coffee in a coffee shop lol. The latter was terrfic actually. My t was getting all uptight about my not being able to look at her and I said it was the setting and we could do therapy over coffee and I wouldn't have a problem. We did and it was fine lol. In fact... It was better... Easier for me to remain relatively calm. People watching and all lol. Even though they were out of earshot..
