If you don't feel comfortable with this, have your T's office do it for you.

Companies are sometimes willing to work out special deals in special circumstances. For instance, since there was no one in my county who would be covered under my plan once they started making changes in it, T's office called and told them I was going to have to drive 45 min. to get to another office to have coverage. They allowed me to stay where I was, without any change in coverage.

Never hurts to ask. The worst that could happen is they tell you no.
