Well I had never managed to need a psychiatrist before but there had been episodes of depression post-natally and at other times, and it was astanding joke that when I got fixated on something everything else went out of the window including sleep, and the things I got fixated on weren't often acheivable but those times I didn't need intervention. However I directly blame this episode on the stress from this situation, but who knows
