I don't really have a problem with giving or receiving cyber hugs, but in real life it is different. I'm always very awkward when it comes to hugs.

The worst was when my T told me to imagine little me sitting in the extra chair in her office and what would I say to myself. It's a Jungian technique- the empty chair. She only tried it once, but that chair is always sitting there empty...

I wouldn't know what to say to myself. Have you ever seen/read about these exercises where people are supposed to get their anger out by yelling and punching stuff? I don't get it.
