hi muffled, you can borrow my wings anytime. you and your kid can go out flying in the twilight. there's a really beautiful movie I watched years ago. it's not animated, it's a film. it was filmed on the coast of maine, really enchanting. It's called "Kristen's Fairy House". maybe watching something like that would make you feel more fairy-like.
i'm sorry you're feeling so unsafe right now. are there so many layers peeled away that you're getting down to the core? will you ever allow your t to get to those inner layers? what will happen if and when they do? i'm not trying to push, so don't answer if you can't. i can just identify with not wanting to let anyone in, and feeling threatened and unsafe.
