> Can we do a winter retreat? Feels like we need one around here. I was imagining today what Camp Comfort would feel like in the winter time. Since I'm in California, I'll need some help thinking of things to do in the snow, but somehow I think it *is* snowing there. How many of our therapists are taking Holiday breaks? Will we need to share rooms this time of year?

My T isn't going to take any time off, but I've been having a rough time lately. I wouldn't mind spending Sunday through Friday there.

I hope so. I just put 600 lights on our tree tonight. I love the way it looks in the dark. It's really the best way to look at a Christmas tree. :)

> I want to sing Christmas Carols too. My favorite is "Mary, did you know?" Anyone play the piano?

I used to, but not so much anymore. I love to listen, though.

How about a frozen-over pond outside, so we can go ice skating? I love the sound of blades on the ice.

Hot chocolate and lots of Christmas cookies, too. I can bake some of those. :) Maybe we can eat them while we watch Rudolph and Frosty.

Oh, and red and green construction paper, scissors, and glue for some fabulous garland on the tree.

Thanks for bringing this up, Daisy. It gave me a few nice thoughts.

Laurie
