were you tired when you went to bed? try waiting until the ambien has really knocked you out and then go. I think thta sometimes we go to bed to early and are still coherent enough to start talking to ourselves LOL but if we go to bed when we are barely coherent maybe our minds will make no sense and we will fall asleep to our gibberish. :-) How have you been sleeping?
