Last session today

After 10 months, today was my last session with my T. She said she really liked the plant I gave her. She hugged me at the end of the session and I cried. I'm the one that terminated therapy, so why do I feel so sad?

I may be posting more in the future for the support. Wish I could turn to my husband, but he only wants to hear that everything's wonderful all the time.
