It's hypomania darling.
But it's okay. I can live with it, I can handle it, it doesn't have to go over the top. Because somehow, I can control it without necessarily beating myself over the head with bad thoughts to try and counteract the mania ... which is a lifelong pattern, you see. Ah-hah. As long as the depression doesn't come, somehow I think I can live without the depression. Hopefully I can re-wire that, you know? Oh yes, and my AD's must be helping too.
And you don't have to swim, can't you fly? You know, flap, flap ... ?
