Also it is probably better to go along with what the other people in your work are doing. If everybody is browing all the time, then it probably doesn't make a difference how much time you spend in the net.
I work at a place, where everyone is on the net a lot and it is accepted practice. I try not to exceed 30 - 40 minutes per day. If your company is more conservative, you might want to stop doing so much of net activity.
