Yeah. I didn't even want to go. I only agreed because it seemed to be important to him. He's leaving Mon-Thurs on a trip he just found out about on Tues., and he feels guilty because he thinks it's a bad time for my therapy to cut down.
I told him that going all the way to his office on a day the building is deserted is more stressful than not seeing him for a week. I told him that the weekend is rarely stressful at all and going a week without seeing him (Fri-Fri) would be no more difficult than Sun evening-Fri. But he was still pretty insistent so I gave in.
I *even* told him that I was giving in for the wrong reasons. He said we could discuss it Sunday.
I'm trying to be uncynical and believe he thinks this is in his best interests, rather than that he needs an extra $110 in spending money before he goes. But I'm a teensy bit irritated that I agreed to do something I don't really want to do.
