Matt, please call 911, or can you get to the emergency room of a decent hospital? It would be better if your family cooperated with you, but if they don't you still need to get treatment for yourself as needed. Would it be any good at all to call your psychiatrist?
Once the authorities are involved, your parents probably won't be able to keep you from getting treatment without a whole lot of trouble on their part - if at all. You can ask for an advocate while you're at the hospital. I'm guessing they're familiar with dealing with families.
I'm pretty sure there are legal channels that will aid you in getting proper treatment. Why don't you start by calling 9-1-1.
