Traumatic memories.
Ruminations.
Frustration that my 'need' aren't being met.
Because my nervous system is wired up to 'very reactive'...
I do see how 'faulty thinking' can come into play sometimes.
But not always, and not as a matter of definition.
And to beat me over the head with it doesn't help me be receptive to the idea.
