i have no idea what to say about it analysis-wise (ok, there's the whole "sometimes a cigar[ette] is just a cigar[ette]" thing to keep in mind) but that's a hilarious dream. i definitely think you should tell him. i think i would feel pretty embarrassed but i bet he will think it's funny, too.
