There are 2 things I can think of that are important for me. First, if there are overhead fluorescent light, try to have enough lamps so as not to have to use that overhead light. Those fluorescents are so sterile and harsh. I HATE my T's office for that reason alone. Lamp light is much more cozy and comforting. Second, I hate clocks that tick. It's so distracting to me in that quiet environment.

Other than that, I like to have a couple of options for seating. Some days I want to look only at my T and others I'd prefer to sit where it's easy to look outside - sometimes it's easier getting things out that way.
