You know what...weird is fine. I'm weird. I kind of like it most of the time.
But, getting to your pain. I'm so sorry. The most immediate thought I had in answer to your question about help is to find another T. I think I would go so far as to say find another T but don't terminate with your current T until you are ready. Hopefully another T will accept that. Because I think a clean break may be really hard. It may not...may be just what you need...it's really hard to tell. But I think as long as you have been struggling with this, it's clear that your T is not going to be able to help you work thru it.
I'm sorry. I know you want to be with her. But I just think she is failing you now. Maybe has been for awhile. Please consider finding another T. Or a pdoc who can also do therapy?
