I thought it was interesting, too. I loved the discussion of the beast.

It's so true. My only moments of true joy are when I see the stars, or drive into the neighborhood and the peacocks are out. Those moments come from nowhere, with no past and for just a bit that is all there is, no past and no future.

When it happens it is wonderful. When it doesn't, I remember them wistfully.

Too bad life intrudes too much.
