If you look back on the main babble board a bit (maybe a year or so) you'll find a number of posts on Amen's clinic. I'm not sure whether any of those posters had actually tried it. The key question seemed to be whether this technology was advanced enough to be diagnostic on an individual level (ie the amount of differences shown between people with different diagnoses was greater than the individual variation within diagnoses) and whether there was any independant research backing of Amen's claims. As I recall there were plenty of posts on both sides.
