I really like the book "When to Say Goodbye to Your Therapist" by Catherine Johnson.

And Terry Kupers in "Ending Therapy" talks about "therapy in pieces", where termination doesn't have to mean forever. That a client can come in as life circumstances dictate.

If you're thinking about it, it might be a sign that it's time to bring it up with your therapist and discuss it with her.
