...i know the question of "How To Find/Choose ___"? and "What To Do: step 1,2,3"?, etc. comes up from time to time, so i thought i'd post this address. Some of you may already know it~ there's a mention of Dr.Bob & *this* site...
i read through it and seems to be a decent guide... proposes pertinent considerations and directions that seem to me solid, insightful, clearly defined... Wise perspective from an experienced "Psych. Services Consumer Advocate".
....might be better than duct tape.
