Ah, but see? You screwed up your courage and asked and received proof that things weren't as bad as you feared. There's no reason not to ask about this as well. Things aren't usually as bad as we expect. Besides, it will help your trust in him grow.

I feel so fortunate to have a therapist I trust so thoroughly I can tell him anything or ask him anything. But it took a lot of work to get there. Try to screw up your courage to do the work (See Rigby's post on an earlier thread); it's well worth it.

I'm even going to let my therapist to talk to biofeedback guy if he asks. My therapist and I talked about what I would and wouldn't feel comfortable with him telling the guy, we wrestled over details, and now I feel safe enough to trust him not to betray any confidences I don't want shared. OK, it did help my trust a bit to honestly be able to warn my therapist that biofeedback guy has a big mouth and I would probably hear whatever he told him. lol. But still, it's a certain amount of trust. :)
