late menstrual periods due to stoping of B.C.

My ex- is 1.5 weeks late I think that it is due to her stopping the Birth Control pill, she is also on trazodone and I think lexapro (I am not sure about the lexapro, I know it starts with an l and is an anti depressant. She has been acting hysterical lately going through pregnancy tests like you wouldn't believe. the Birth Control she was on was ortho tri-cyclin. please tell me what you think?
