I take a dosage of 250mg of adderal xr daily which I began with 10mg appox 2yr ago.I get tearjerking depression when I try to reduce dosage even by 50mgs.Adderall has worked well in elivating my depression and enabled me to get so much enjoyment these last two years out of my life, I can't honestly say I regret taking it.Ive had problems with addiction and knew of the drugs limitations and addictivness beforehand.I know I have to find a way off this,but where to start?
